Updates
April 06, 2007: I'm not sure what is going on with my server right now. It was down for 22 hours yesterday and now it doesn't seem to want to load my header and footer php files. I guess if it doesn't load, just try back later. By the time I email them and they get back to me I'm sure it will be fixed much like yesterday. *is angry* But anyways, I uploaded screen caps for episodes 13 and 14 in the gallery before everything started to die. Enjoy!
April 03, 2007: It seems stationary is quite popular, so I made another one this time using an anime image. Please go check that out! (It really made me realize how bad the old ones are, Gomen!) But I'm also in the very slow process of making more in-depth charatcer profiles because people want more information but I'm not really sure what else I can do besides summaries. Feel free to post in the tagboard what you would like to see.
March 19, 2007: Added Anime Circuity as an affiliate! Please go check our their site. They have a lot of anime to offer including Furuba!
March 06, 2007: Sorry for the sparse updates, I'm in four upper division classes so they are taking up alot of time plus I'm feeding other addictions of mine. But here is an update! I have closed the Valentine's Day Poll and opened the White Day poll. Please vote in it as well! Also, I updated the Awards page. In addition, I have added a new page to the site-- How to make your own Onigiri! In my free time I am also working on the missing manga in the gallery.
February 25, 2007: In news, Fruits Basket has won the title for Best Manga and the American Anime Awards! Furuba was up against some serious contenders like Bleach, Naruto, and Death Note. Thank you all for supporting Natsuki Takaya by voting!

January 27, 2007: Since I missed the 1,000 hit mark due to my computer being crashed... Thank you for 2,000 hits! It's hard to think that we've already gotten this many hits and we've only been up since August~! In other news, I am adding a new poll series-- for Valentines Day and White Day! First Poll, in honor of V-day, will be about the guys while the later poll for white day will be about the girls.

January 22, 2007: I would also like to take the time to shamelessly advertise my first TFL approved fanlisting Flamboyant! A fanlisting to the wonderful Seiyuu Megumi Hayashibara. Please check it out...! (and join if you are a fan!) Also added 4 new avatars. Please go check them out! New ones are marked with the word "new!" (Go figure O.o)
January 18, 2007: I am in the process of adding a search by character feature in the gallery. This requires me to enter in keywords for each picture, so this isn't a small project. For more info on how to search the gallery as well as rules for image use please check the galleries section! Also, I should be adding some more anime summaries later today.
January 15, 2007: Today I added a past polls section as well as images from Episode 12 in the Gallery. A few days ago I also added images from the Book 15 as well, I just neglected to update the updates. Gomen!
January 12, 2007: New layout time. I was tired of the pink, heh. Version 3 features the ever-loved Student Defense Force! I really love these guys. Hope you enjoy. I really had fun making it.
January 2, 2007: The first ever American Anime Awards (For all your dub fans!) will be head Febuary 24th at New York Comic-Con. The Categories include Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Actor (Comedy), Best Actress (Comedy), Best Cast, Best DVD Package Design, Best Theme Song, Best Comedy, Best Anime Feature (Movie or OAV), Best Short Series, Best Long Series, and Best Manga.
When I voted, I did notice that Laura Bailey (Tohru) and Eric Vale (Yuki) were up for awards. I was impressed to see that they went as far back as Akira and Ranma 1/2 for some awards. But now for the important part of this announcement. Fruits Basket is up for Best Manga! You can view more information and vote here! Please at least help support Furuba even if you are a subtitle fan (Like myself)!

December 19, 2006:In the fandom section I have added a Browser Charm section. They are small images used to decorate the top part of the browser window your website or blogs. Hope you enjoy!
December 16, 2006: Winter Break is here, and with that, an update! The Seiyuu section has been revamped for the Japanese Seiyuu. Now you can put a face to their other roles as well as more information than the previous section. Someday I hope to revamp the English section, but it's hard enough to find information about little known Japanese seiyuu much less virtually non-existant English actors. Also, I added another episode of images in the gallery sometime last week. Again, I am horrible at updating the updates. Gomen~!
Update 2 for the day: Added some things to the Chinese Zodiac Section as well as moved things around visually. I also did something else, but I have since then forgotten what it was so it must have not been that important. ^^;;
December 09, 2006: Fruits Basket Volume 15 is now out in stores! I picked up my copy at Borders earlier today, so be on the lookout! Akito is featured on the cover. Happy hunting!
December 03, 2006: Added a new affiliate, please welcome Cursed Souls and Gwyneth to the realm of Furuba! My weekend project was to make an image gallery using the Coppermine Photo Gallery Script and I think overall I am pleased. Please check out anime images in the visual section of this site to be directed to my gallery. If you encounter any problems please email me, I briefly tested it and everything seemed to be going alright.
November 28, 2006: Fox of Fire compatibility issue has been worked out. Woo! Last two weeks of college and Finals week is coming along rather fast, but I still fix things silently without updating the updates. I've never been really wordy when it comes to things like this, Gomen!
November 22, 2006: Named site Always Smiling and changed the layout.
October 2006: Added Zodiac Information, Zodiac Compatibility and Converted to php layout.
September2006: Added images for Books 10, 12, and 14. Also added the first Wallpaper (Fit to be Square) and the Falling Petals Winamp skin. Affiliated with Himitsu, Immortal Secrets, and Onigiri.
August 2006:The site was offically opened on August 9h which just so happens to be my one year wedding anniversary. The site was previously on a free host (Bravenet) but it was not Furuba exclusive. All Furuba related content was transferred as well as much more added prior to opening.
Added Backpacks & Patches section as well as Episode 8 images, Book 5 images, and summaries for Book 1.
