Want to know how to plan Dai Hin Min (Rich Man, Poor Man)? Well, look no further!
----Dai Hin Min---- (Rich Man, Poor Man)
Players: 4-7
Cards: 1 Deck + 2 Jokers
Starting: Dealer deals one card at a time to each person until there are no remaining cards. Some players may end up with more cards than others, This is fine.
Game starts with the player to the left of the dealer and then plays in a clockwise fashion. Each Player plays cards into a central pile.
Card Values:
In order of value, lowest to greatest...
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A, 2
Jokers = Wild, therefore they can be paired with any card to make a match; however, when played by themselves, they are the lowest ranking cards.
Gameplay:
1. Players must play the exact number of cards as the previous player played. (If they played 3, you must play 3, etc)
2. Each set of cards should be the same suit. (All Aces, 2's, etc)
3. Each set must be of cards that are higher ranked than the previous players set. (If previous player played 4's, the play must be greater than 4)
4. It is possible to pass your turn even if you are capable of playing. If you are not capable of playing, you must pass.
5. If the pile is empty, you may play any amount of cards of any rank.
6. When everyone consecutively passes, dealer removes the card pile. Player who played the last move plays first in the new set.
7. When a player runs out of cards, this is called "going out." When a player goes out, they score one point for every person remaining in the game. (The first person to go out in a game of 4 would get 3 points, second would get 2, etc)
Rank Assignment:
Ranks are assigned to people as they go out, so the first person to go out would be called the Rich Man and so forth.

» Last: Poor Man
After Rank Assignment:
1. After ranks are assigned after the first hand, everyone but the Rich Man must change seating. Everyone must rearrange themselves in a clockwise fashion around the Rich Man in the order that they went out.
2. The Poor Man is now the dealer.
3. After the cards have been dealt, cards must now be exchanged. The Poor Man gives the Rich Man the 2 highest cards that he was dealt while the Rich Man simultaneously gives the Poor Man any 2 cards of his choice.
4. The Second Richest and Second Poorest must also exchange cards, but only one card instead of 2.
5. Rich Man plays first.
Revolution:
Revolution occurs when the Poor Man is dealt both of the Jokers and announces that he has them both prior to the card exchange. When this occurs, no card exchange will take place and play starts with the Poor Man and proceeds Counter-Clockwise.
Game End:
The game ends when a player scores a total number of points equal to the predetermined amount. 21 is a typical number of points for a game.
Also, a predetermined amount of time can be set rather than a set number of points. Player with the most points at the end of the time is the winner.
